Elyse is a firm supporter of healthy conflict resolution. She's also an advocate for Pro Se litigants' rights. Therefore, Pro Se litigants (individuals representing themselves without an attorney) and families attempting to resolve disputes outside of the court system receive sliding scale fees based on income.
